What is the course cancellation policy for online Live Webasts?

Non-TPN Members - individuals that purchase Live Webcasts individually and pay as they go:

Cancellation within 5 business days from the date of the class

  • Substitution is allowed from within the same company (Teradata Education Network must be notified in order to provide the substitute the necessary log-in information)
  • Or Teradata Education Network will provide access to the Recorded Webcast
  • Or receive a credit toward another Teradata Education Network offering

Cancellation within 48 hours from the date of the class

  • Substitution is allowed from within the same company (Teradata Education Network must be notified in order to provide the substitute the necessary log-in information)
  • Or Teradata Education Network will provide access to the Recorded Webcast

No Show/No Cancellation

  • 100% of the Live Webcast charge is applicable

TPN Members - these are individuals that receive the Live Webcast as part of their membership fee.

  • Cancellation is allowed
  • Repeated no shows / no cancellation may result in restricted access to live webcasts
