I'm having problems accessing training on the Teradata Education Network. What do I do?
For any class type, take a browser test. Go to http://www.teradatau.courses.teradata.com/asp_webit/admin/browserhawk_ten.asp and Email or forward the results to et210009@Teradata.com
For the following type of class:
- Live Webcast - See I'm having problems accessing a Live Webcast
- Recorded Webcast - See I'm having problems accessing a recorded webcast
- Accessing the Telnet Server for Labs in the Teradata SQL WBT - See I am having problems accessing the server via Telnet in the Teradata SQL WBT.
- Teradata WBT - send an Email to rp100011@Teradata.com, including any available details.
