How do I enroll in a course online?

1) You must log in with your User ID (all characters before the @ in your Email address) and password (case sensitive) to enroll in any course. If you are not a member, click on Register in the center of the screen @ Teradata Education Network.com. Complete and SUBMIT the form, and a Basic (free) membership will be created for you.  Typically, you will be sent login instructions (via Email) within 24 hours.

2) Select the course in which you wish to enroll. If you are already a TPN or TPN+ member, many of the courses are included in your membership and you will see a 'Your Price' of $0 in the course. If a price is listed, the course is not included in your membership.

3) If you would like to enroll in a Live Webcast or Instructor-led Training click on the register button. If you want to enroll in an online course, select Go to Content.

4) When you click on "Register" or "Got to Content", the system will:
a. Automatically transfer the course to your Learning Plan if you are a TPN or TPN+ member or if the course' Your Price shows $0. If it is an online course it will launch.
b. Open a screen to enable you to purchase the course. This screen will appear if the course' Your Price shows a price greater than $0.

5) When you are ready to Purchase a course, complete the following:
a. After clicking Enroll, the Payment Method screen will appear.
b. Click on the Payment Method of either Invoice Me or Purchase Order and click Continue.
c. If you have selected Invoice Me you will be conditionally enrolled in the course until you respond with the billing information. You will receive an email asking you for the required information. Either reply to the email or call 1-800-845-2273. Once the information is entered you will be fully enrolled.
d. If you select Purchase Order you will be asked to...

Once you have completed your order, courses will be transferred directly to your Learning Plan (click Learning at the top/center of the page) where you have the ability to track and manage your course completion progress.

Note: If you are a TPN or TPN+ member, when you click Enroll, the system will automatically by-pass the Checkout process (because you previously paid for the product) and transfer you directly to your Learning Plan.
