I'm having problems accessing a Live Webcast.

You should try the tests at How do I know if I will be able to attend a Live Webcast?

If the tests fail, the quickest way to resolve issues accessing the virtual classroom is to contact Live Meeting Technical Support 1-866-493-2825 (toll free in US) or 00-800-9522-3000 (toll free in Europe) or 650-526-6950 (Direct International Toll Number). or +1-937-445-2467.

If you have registration problems, send email to ten.support@Teradata.com or call the Enrollment Center at 1-800-845-2273.

If you pass the test, try I enrolled in a Live Webcast, how do I attend that class?
