Technical Problems

When I try to play a Recorded Webcast, I get audio but no video.

If you cannot play the media files, or hear audio but do not see video, you may need to update your Microsoft Media Player. Install the latest version of media player from Microsoft. (Note: Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 95 users select Media Player 6.4, all other users select Media Player 7.1; you may need to consult your IT Services Department.)
