If you are having problems accessing the UNIX server for the Teradata SQL WBTs, please review I am having problems accessing the server via Telnet in the Teradata SQL Web-based Training while we will work with you to solve the issue. If you just need a password reset, send a request to reset your password, and include your user ID.  Send your request to et210009@Teradata.com.

Some users report a problem with getting proper credit for course completions, this can probably be solved by disabling popup blockers, enabling cookies, or adding *.teradata.com to your trusted sites or enabling session cookies. See I completed a course but it still shows as ... for more details.
