How do I know I am confirmed for a class?
When you are enrolled in a class you will receive a confirmation email. If the email states that you are "conditionally enrolled" that means you are not enrolled until payment information has been received. Once your payment information has been received, you will receive a second email with confirmation of enrollment, and information about the class.
When you log in to www.TeradataEducationNetwork.com, click on Learning (top/center) and the course status will show as Enrolled.
If you have not received this email or the course doesn't show in you're Learning Plan and you believe you should be enrolled, please email TEN.support@Teradata.com with complete details including your name, email address, course title or number, date of session, and any other relevant information.
