How do I enroll in a course online if I am a TPN+ member?

Live Webcasts, Recorded Webcasts, Web-based Training, and Library items are included in your TPN membership. Instructor-led Training is available for an additional fee.

  1. Log in to TeradataEducationNetwork.com
  2. Register, using one of the following sets of instructions (dependent upon the type of item in which you're interested).

Live Webcasts

Note:  Self-registration is available until 1 PM ET on the day prior to the live event. To register after that time, call the Teradata Enrollment Center @ 1-800-845-2273 or send an Email with registration information to TEN.Support@teradata.com.

  1. Search for and locate the course and click Add to Learning Plan. Your Learning Plan will appear.
  2. Locate the course in your Learning Plan and click Offering Details.
  3. Click Register.
  4. Confirm your registration on the next page (click Confirm).
  5. You will receive Email confirmation of your enrollment.

Recorded Webcasts and Web-based Training: locate the course and click Go to Content. The Recorded Webcast will launch and start playing momentarily. The Web-based Training item will launch.

Library items: locate the item and click Go to Content. The .pdf or .doc file will download to your computer. In addition, the item will now appear in your Learning Plan. Please note, if you have not yet completed the *TEN Orange Books Confidentiality Agreement, you will need to do so before gaining access to Teradata Orange Books.

Instructor-led Training (available for an additional fee)

Instructions if locating course through Search feature at top of Home page

  1. Locate the course and click Add to Learning Plan. Your Learning Plan will appear.
  2. Locate the course in your Learning Plan and click Offering Details.
  3. Click Request Approval and follow the instructions

Instructions if locating course via the Catalog

  1. Locate the course and session in which you’re interested.
  2. Click Register.
  3. Click Yes to initiate the approval process.

Note: For Instructor-led Training, your enrollment will have a PENDING status, and you will receive an Email requesting payment information. Once your payment has been processed, you will be enrolled in the session and will receive Email confirmation.
