If you are having problems accessing the UNIX server for the Teradata SQL WBTs, please contact ten.support@Teradata.com, we will work with you to solve the issue.

If you just need a password reset, you can reset you password by opening the course, clicking the 'Access Lab Server' button, then then clicking on the link 'Click here to reset your LINUX and Teradata password'. 

Some users report a problem with getting proper credit for course completions, this can probably be solved by disabling popup blockers, enabling cookies, or adding *.teradata.com to your trusted sites or enabling session cookies. If you have a problem not resolved here, contact ten.support@Teradata.com or our developer mailbox or our Webmaster.
